On 4 September 2018, Parc Canberra EC site was fiercely contested by a total of 9 developers who submitted their bids to earn the right to develop this GEM.
The joint development between HoiHup Realty and Sunway Developments submitted the highest bid for Parc Canberra EC tender for S$271 millions which translate to S$558.22 per square foot (psf) per plot ratio ( ) and was awarded this rare EC site on 10 September 2018.
